Welcome to Rosmini Badminton
At Rosmini College, badminton is built on a simple philosophy: Success for Everyone. We believe this is a sport for all, where seasoned pros and first-time players alike can find a home on the court.
The Participation Club
Our social programme is designed to be the most inclusive sporting environment on campus. It is entirely free of charge, ensuring every student has the opportunity to play without barrier.
This club is particularly beginner-friendly for Year 7 and up students looking to start their first sport at Rosmini. Under the mentorship of our senior players, students don’t just learn to hit the shuttlecock, they develop technical mastery and the leadership skills required to officially referee a match.
Competitive Pathways
For those looking to test their skills, we offer a range of competitive opportunities in conjunction with College Sport and North Harbour Badminton.
From Senior and Junior leagues to the Year 7 & 8 Zone Day tournaments, there are pathways for every age group. Rosmini also has competed at the NZSS Championships, providing our elite athletes a platform to compete at the highest national level.
